🔄 Pawstore Returns & Refunds

At Pawstore, we care about our customers and their pets. While we do our best to deliver high-quality products, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements so you know exactly what to expect.

🛠 Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re fully protected.

  • You’re entitled to a free replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Please contact our support team with photos or videos of the issue.

  • In most cases, we won’t ask you to send the item back. Once verified, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

📦 14-Day Returns

Changed your mind? No problem! We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible products.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (unless faulty), including:

    • Pet bedding

    • Grooming items

    • Personalised products
      If you’re unsure whether your product is eligible, our team will be happy to advise.

⏳ Late Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days of dispatch, you’re entitled to a full refund. This ensures you’re never left waiting indefinitely.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are always sent back to your original payment method.

  • Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you’re returning an item for another reason, return postage is your responsibility.
